Michael Sieve: We Three Kings - Wild Turkeys Print | 803/2500 | Mint Never Framed
Artwork Description
"We Three Kings - Wild Turkeys," published in 1994 by the Wild Wings Collection, is a masterclass in wildlife composition and narrative. Michael Sieve captures three magnificent gobblers—the "kings" of the forest—moving through a crisp, autumnal landscape. The artwork is celebrated for its exceptional rendering of light as it filters through the sparse tree canopy, catching the iridescent bronze and copper tones of the turkeys' plumage. Sieve’s attention to detail extends beyond the birds to the forest floor, where the dry leaves and weathered wood create a rich, tactile environment. This print is a definitive piece for collectors of North American big game and upland bird art, embodying the majesty and alertness of the wild turkey in its natural habitat.
