All greeting cards are produced exclusively on Red River Paper media—widely recognized in the fine art and photography industry for heavy photographic and art reproduction.

• Primary Stock — Polar White Matte 230 (gsm / 12 pt): A bright, neutral white non-reflective matte finish that maximizes color contrast, fine detail, and vivid saturation. The smooth matte surface allows artists to easily sign or write messages on the front or inside using pencil or pigment pens without smudging.

• Expanded Specialty Stock Options: Additional Red River paper options are available upon request, including textured fine art papers, warm-tone matte, satin, metallic finishes, and 100% cotton rag preservation-level papers.

• Epson Claria Dye Ink: Optimized for vibrant, high-definition prints with smooth color gradations and bold visual punch.

• Epson UltraChrome PRO10 Archival Pigment Ink: Designed for long-lasting gallery reproductions. When paired with cotton rag stock, it yields true Giclée-quality prints with maximum lightfastness and conservation-level permanence.

3. Complete Retail-Ready Packaging & Customization

   Every card produced comes completely assembled and retail-ready:

• Included Components: Each greeting card includes a matching envelope and a crystal-clear protective sleeve right out of the box.

• Envelope Style Choices:

  • Bright White (Acid-free, crisp clean look)

  • Linen Texture White (Acid-free, elegant tactile finish)

  • Kraft 100% Recycled (High-quality, eco-friendly rustic feel)

• Back-of-Card Branding: Custom branding—including artist logo, artwork title, contact information, website, and copyright notices—is included with the initial setup fee.

• Interior Text: Optional custom interior text printing is available upon request and aligned with the layout, card dimensions, and paper choice.

• Image Prep & Local Proofing: Minor image formatting and cropping adjustments are handled in-house to fit chosen card dimensions seamlessly. Digital proofs are provided via email or text, or physical proofing in-person at our studio in Rolesville, NC, serving the Rolesville, Wake Forest, and surrounding area prior to run execution.

4. Ordering Specifications & Production Scale

• Available Sizes: 5" x 7" (Classic Rectangle), 4.5" x 6.25" (Standard Rectangle), and 5.25" x 5.25" (Modern Square).

• Minimum Quantities: 10 cards minimum per unique artwork, greeting card size, ink, and paper type.

• Mix & Match: Artists can combine multiple artwork designs within a single order with no additional setup fees, provided each artwork/size combination meets the 10-card minimum.

• Production Lead Times: Standard turnaround time is 5 to 7 business days for order quantities up to 100 cards.

• Volume Tiering: Volume tier discounts begin at 50+ and 100+ cards per order.
