SecondMoonshot has a 30 day return and refund policy. Items must be returned in original new undamaged condition. Include proof of purchase with all returns or at least something we can use to refer back to the original transaction. Returns due to defects as a result of workmanship, wrong item, or materials manufacturing defects will have free return shipping. Contact us to report the issue and request a return label.

 

Issues which are not the result of SecondMoonshot such as buyer’s remorse or ordering incorrect item will have return shipping paid by the buyer. Contact us to report the issue and request a refund, parts, or replacement.

 

Items damaged in shipping are not required to be returned. Please document damage with pictures of complete box, damaged item, and damaged item with packing material. Parts or complete replacement at no charge is an alternative to a refund. Contact us to report the issue and send pictures of damage to john@secondmoonshot.com

 

Refunds will be issued to the same payment method as original sale only and will be refunded within 2 business days.

 

Parts for customer-imposed damage are available free of charge plus shipping upon request. Contact us to initiate a replacement.
