Every framed piece undergoes a meticulous, step-by-step packaging sequence tailored to its exact dimensions and fragility:

1. Primary Bagging: The entire framed piece is sealed within a protective poly barrier to isolate it from external dirt, moisture, and dust during handling.

2. Glazing & Rear Void Shielding: Protective cardboard paneling is fitted directly over the glass surface and set into the rear recess of the frame. This seals structural voids and acts as a primary shield against direct impact.

3. Shock-Absorbing Foam Wrap: The shielded frame is wrapped in a dedicated, high-density foam layer to cushion the assembly and absorb transit vibration.

4. Heavy-Duty Corner Protection: Reinforced corner guards are custom-fitted to protect vulnerable frame joins from corner impacts or drops.

5. Inner Protective Enclosure: A custom-fit inner box is constructed directly around the foam-wrapped frame, creating a rigid core shield.

6. Medium-Cell Bubble Suspension: The inner box is wrapped in a layer of medium-cell bubble wrap, creating an impact-absorbing buffer zone.

7. Stretch-Wrap Binding: The entire multi-layer assembly is tightly stretch-wrapped, locking all protective layers into a single, cohesive, non-shifting "cocoon."

8. Double-Box Final Outer Shell: The completed cocoon package is suspended inside a second, custom-sized outer container—ranging from single-wall to heavy-duty corrugated board based on the total dimensions, weight, and destination requirements of the shipment.
